Abstract Submission

Thank you very much for submitting your abstract to ATC-18. Your contribution is an important part of the scientific exchange and collaboration that the conference aims to foster. All submissions will be reviewed by the Program Committee and considered in the development of the conference program.

• Abstract Submission Deadline: September 11, 2026 (11:59 p.m. KST (UTC +9))
• Notification of Acceptance: *On a rolling basis
• Presenter Registration Deadline: September 18, 2026 (11:59 p.m. KST (UTC +9))

• All abstracts must be submitted in English through the online submission system.
• The Program Committee may reassign an oral submission to a poster presentation if necessary.
• Each registered participant may serve as the presenting author for no more than two abstracts, regardless of presentation type.
• Submissions received during the extension period will be reviewed and notified on a rolling basis.

ATC-18 Oral Presentation Guidelines

All oral presentations and discussions should be conducted in English.

• Invited Presentation: 25 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for discussion
• Oral Presentation: 15 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for discussion

Please adhere strictly to the allocated presentation time to ensure the smooth operation of each session.

• Presentation files should be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint format.
• Please copy your presentation file to the session room laptop before the beginning of your session.
• To avoid technical delays, presenters are strongly encouraged not to use their own laptops.

If you choose to use your own laptop, please ensure that it is compatible with the projector.
Presenters whose laptops do not have a standard HDMI output (e.g., USB-C or Mini DisplayPort only) are responsible for bringing the appropriate display adapter.

ATC-18 Poster Preparation Guidelines

Thank you for participating in the 18th Asian Textile Conference (ATC-18).
Please prepare your poster according to the following guidelines.

• Board size: 90 cm (width) × 180 cm (height)
• Recommended poster size: A0 (84.1 cm × 118.9 cm)
• Orientation: Portrait (vertical)

Please ensure that your poster is easily readable from a distance of approximately 1–2 meters.

All posters must be prepared in English.

Presenters are responsible for printing and bringing their own posters to the conference venue.
The conference will not provide an onsite poster printing service.

Detailed information regarding the poster board number, mounting schedule, presentation time, and removal time will be announced on the ATC-18 website and in the conference program prior to the conference.

Presenters are requested to remain near their posters during the assigned poster session to discuss their work with conference participants.
