- Standard registrants who have completed the registration payment are entitled to full participation in
the conference, including access to the Plenary and Invited lectures, Oral sessions, Poster sessions,
the Welcome reception, and the Banquet.
- Student registrants receive the same access to all conference activities and the welcome reception as
standard registrants. However, the banquet is NOT included in the student registration.
- Accompanying Person must be accompanied by the "Standard" registrant to attend the Welcome reception and the Banquet. Accompanying Persons are not permitted to attend the scientific program, including the Plenary and Invited lectures, Oral sessions, and Poster sessions.

- Participants registered as students may be asked to provide a valid student ID or an official proof for verification purposes during the conference.
- Registration fees can be paid by credit card only.
- The following cards are accepted now: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB *to be updated
- All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to the official ATC-18 help desk: contact@atc18.org
- A full refund (100%) will be issued for cancellation requests received on or before September 18, 2026.
- No Refund will be provided for cancellation requests received after September 18, 2026.
